Appointments can be made by ringing our office in normal business hours. We will collect some preliminary information such as your name and contact phone number and the specific area of your problem. Although you can make an appointment without a GP referral, if you do not have one on the day, you will not be able to claim the full Medicare rebate.
If for some reason you cannot attend for your appointment it would be appreciated if you could inform us as soon as possible to allow someone else to have your appointment time.
What to bring to your consultation
- Any imaging you may have, previous arthroscopy images or letters from other doctors you may have seen for this problem.
- If your problem is covered by Workers’ Compensation, you will need your insurance details or you will be required to pay for the visit at the time and later claim the cost back from your insurer.
- All x-rays, scans, pathology or test results relating to your problem.
